Be still, our hearts.
We’ve long been fans of Brooklyn-born home and furniture retail store West Elm, and we’ve been excited about its Manila launch since the minute we saw the “Opening Soon” tarpaulin on Estancia Mall’s facade. The first Philippine branch opened last month—together with PBteen (Pottery Barn Teen), a niche store for teen home furnishings. From preppy to eclectic, the PBteen store offers a variety of pieces, including the Kelly Slater collection, which uses recycled materials like pure organic cotton in honor of the surf champ’s commitment to global preservation.
West Elm, PBteen, Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids are exclusively distributed by Stores Specialists, Inc., and the Philippines is the only country in Southeast Asia carrying both brands, which are under the Williams-Sonoma company.
West Elm and PBteen are in Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons, Pasig City. Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids are located at Central Square, Bonifacio High Street.
