Two new boutiques opened in Manila recently—and both from familiar, already well-loved brands: Ralph Lauren and Longchamp.
Last April 23, Ralph Lauren finally opened its first ever boutique at Greenbelt 3, a 3,000-square foot space with a Spanish Renaissance-style façade that takes inspiration from the World Heritage Site in Vigan. The inside, meanwhile, is said to mimic the style of Mr. Ralph Lauren’s own home: limestone floors, white columns, and touches of mahogany everywhere.
The boutique will offer all the exclusive collections of the Ralph Lauren Black Label and Purple Label—from men’s and women’s apparel to accessories to handbags.
Meanwhile, last Tuesday, Longchamp opened their first ever stand-alone boutique in Manila. Located inside Greenbelt 5, you’ll find more of the Longchamp products you’ve come to love… Le Pliage bag, anyone?
The store opens just in time for its new Spring-Summer 2015 collection. This season, Longchamp debuts three variations: Le Pliage Héritage Mini (as the name suggests, a downsized version of the Le Pliage Héritage), Le Pliage Héritage Néon (neon-bright edges add subtle graphic impact to the classic), and Le Pliage Héritage Luxe, which packs in the visual punch: the front of the bag—with baby calf hair—is printed with irregular brown or black stripes tinged with delicate pink or blue hues inspired by the Aurora Borealis.
Their entire new collection is nautical-inspired, so expect to find a lot of items perfect for your summer jaunts (check out their Surf and the City totes). Here are some of our picks:
